Cast Stone, Colors
This cast stone Fleur de Lys Wall Shell Bowl with Corbel is a concrete product, not cut or sculpted natural stone.
The concrete contains limestone aggregate, mason's sand, Type 2 Portland Cement, a concrete superplasticiser and just enough water to make a workable mixture.
The cement (wet form, concrete is the dry form) is formulated for long-term outdoor use.

Color Finishes. This piece comes unfinished. We recommend an concrete sealer be applied before installing outdoors.
For an additional 20% charge, a color can be added to the cement mix. The colors will be brown or grey tones. Contact us for a quote if you prefer this option.
If you prefer to color finish your cast stone piece, you can purchase a refurbishing kit from our selection of color finishes.
Alternatively, Tricker's carries concrete paint or check with your local hardware or paint store. Ensure to seal the concrete before applying the paint finish.

Warranty
The manufacturer warrants its products against defects in material or workmanship for one year subsequent to shipment. Such warranty shall be honored by replacement or repair, at the option of the manufacturer, of the defective paroduct provide that:
1. Written notice describing the defect is given by the Buyer to Seller and Seller consents in writing to shipment of the product, freight prepaid, to its factory by the Buyer; or
2. Proof of defect satisfactory to Seller is provided to Seller by written description and detailed photographs or other visual aids; and
3. Seller determnied to its satisfaction that such a product is defective in workmanship or material.
Warranties are limited as follows:
1. The product must have ben used in accordance with the user for which it was designed.
2. Defective parts of any product shall be supplied by the Seller. The cost of remval of such defective parts and the cost of its replacement shall be borne by the Buyer.
3. This warranty is the sole warranty of the Seller and Manufacturer and NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR USE OR OF ANY OTHER KIND OF NATURE ARE MADE MY THE SELLER AND MANUFACTURER.
Claim Period: Claims related to damage in transit must be made within 72 hours of delivery. Upon delivery, the Bill of Lading must be noted with the damage. Claims related to con-conforming product shall be made by written notice within thirty (30) days after delivery. All other claims shall be made within sixty (60) days after delivery.
Buyer's failure to give written notive of any claim within the applicable period shall constitute an absolute and unconditional waiver of such claim.

Manufacturer
This US manufacturer has been around for over 75 years of manufacturing experience. The original owner apprenticed in Europe in ornamental ironwork.
Reputable projects include the 1939 New York World's Fair when famous metalworkers such as Samuel Yellin and scupltor Paul Manship were involved.
The company closed during WWII from '41 - '46. Government contracts helped with business.
In the 1950's, cast stone concrete was added to the product line. The current owner apprenticed for 11 years to learn the excellence and craftsmanship for top quality work and designs.
Some projects include a 10-ft sundial in Syracuse, NY; major fountains and sculptures for Old Orchard Mall in Skokie, IL; a bronze and copper fountain in Wakayama, Japan and ongoing supply of benches to the City of New York.
